   Acceptance of the terms

   By using the Tanlov platform, the user fully agrees to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

   The platform's role

   Tanlov is an information platform. It is not a party to any deal between supplier and buyer, does not sell goods or services, and is not responsible for the terms of any transaction.

3. 03

   Accuracy of information

   Contacts in the catalogue are checked by an administrator, but prices, availability and quality can change over time. Confirm the terms directly with the supplier before paying.

4. 04

   User-posted content

   Responsibility for listings on the surplus exchange lies with their authors. Listings are moderated; if a violation is found, the listing is rejected or removed.

5. 05

   Prohibited actions

   Posting false information, acting on someone else's behalf, interfering with the platform's operation and sending automated bulk requests are prohibited.

6. 06

   Plans and payments

   Paid plans run for the chosen term. Cancelling mid-term is not refunded. Users are notified in advance when plan features change.

7. 07

   Limitation of liability

   The platform is not liable for losses arising from a user's dealings with third parties.

8. 08

   Changes to the terms

   These terms may be amended. The updated text is published on this page with the date of the update.
