Does Tanlov cost money?
No. Registration, browsing listings, the trades catalogue, the surplus exchange and AI advice are free. Everything is open to signed-in users.
Can I trust the phone numbers in listings?
Contacts in the catalogue are checked by an administrator, and verified listings carry a badge. Even so, always confirm the terms yourself before paying.
How much does a listing on the surplus exchange cost?
It's free. After posting, the listing goes through admin review and appears on the site once approved.
How do I find a builder or a crew?
Go to the Builders section and pick the trade you need. Each builder's page shows experience, completed projects, a portfolio gallery and a rating.
Why is the Laboratories section empty?
The section launched recently and labs are being added step by step. If you run an accredited laboratory, get in touch.
How do I partner with Tanlov?
Fill in the form on the Partnership page: your name, phone number and the area you work in. We review it, get in touch and agree the terms with you.
Does partnership cost anything?
Sending an application is free. Catalogue placement terms depend on the area of work and are agreed after we review your application.
Can I delete my account completely?
Yes. There's a delete button in Account → Profile. Your personal data is anonymised and your listings are removed from the site. This cannot be undone.
